If you'd like to request a repeat from an existing prescription or 'held' prescription, please fill out the form below.

You can also give us a call on (06) 364 8860 - press #1 for the 'repeats' message line for non-urgent repeats (not required same day), or press #2 to speak to the dispensary team.

To order a repeat dispensing your initial prescription must have been filled at our Pharmacy
